Based in Gympie, Queensland, they serve clients nationwide, ensuring all cabins and homes are fully constructed in their manufacturing facility. Guided by a mission to provide a positive building experience, foster proficiency through culture‑driven strategies, and benefit the community, they cater to a diverse range of clients, from first‑time homebuyers to tourist park developers. About The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Owners, your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target markets Identify key demographics and consumer trends and conduct market research and competitive analysis Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and website optimisation Generate leads and increase brand awareness Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling marketing materials About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar Marketing role Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field Experience with a range of digital marketing channels Understanding of construction terminology and building practices (desirable) Problem‑solving skills with a creative thought process You will also have: Strong computer skills with the ability to use a range of systems/software The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of analytical skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines What's in it for You?
