How you’ll make a difference Lead and inspire a team of mechanical engineers and broader building services professionals Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical systems for large‑scale infrastructure and building projects across sectors including Defence, Transport, Aviation, High Tech and Commercial Apply your technical expertise to ensure innovative, sustainable and code‑compliant design outcomes Champion a culture of collaboration, high performance and continuous improvement Contribute to strategic business growth, resource planning and client engagement Qualifications A degree‑qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in building services. Known for your ability to lead, mentor and motivate high‑performing engineering teams. A confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills. Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, resourcing and project performance.
