We are a €3 billion global technology leader in test & measurement and integrated communications. Your Tasks Plan, execute, and oversee the program ensuring alignment with R&S goals and strategies. Manage resources, budgets, and schedule for the program. Define program objectives. Lead teams of professionals and engage stakeholders at advanced levels. Ensure the program is aligned with the overall R&S strategy and objectives. Ensure plans are in place and executed to meet core objectives. Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and opportunities. Ensure all resources are in place to deliver on program commitments. Keep key program stakeholders informed of performance, status, and issues. Lead and mentor program team members to maintain alignment with objectives. Align program metrics with reporting requirements and enable effective review. Guarantee deliverables meet desired quality standards. Deliver program scope and schedule. Lead all project activities and risks to achieve all project objectives and milestones. Lead the project team—including engineers, support staff, and project managers—to achieve program objectives. Conduct regular project performance reviews to keep the project on track. Ensure successful integration of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) into the main program of work. Continuously improve stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers. Lead customer relations related to program activities. Demonstrate adaptability by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism, and persistence. Your Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering, or similar. Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner. Previously delivered projects with value greater than $10 M. Significant exposure to Earned Value Management methods. Experience leading project teams comprising 15 or more staff. Australian Citizenship, with eligibility to hold an Australian NV1 security clearance. \Though a security clearance is not mandatory for all positions, all offers of employment for this position are conditional on the candidate being able to meet Australian NV1 security clearance requirements, which will form part of the assessment criteria. The Australian Government requires a comprehensive security and background check as part of their vetting process. This role also requires you to have access to ITAR-controlled material. Please ensure you meet the US State Department requirements for accessing ITAR-controlled material before applying.
