Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM) – Ryde NSW The Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM) is a not for profit professional association dedicated to making a positive impact on society by promoting professional management and good governance in healthcare. Our core business is supporting our members in management and leadership development in the health, aged and community care and social care sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for the administration, development and continuous improvement of a wide range of professional development, education and credentialling programs delivered across the College to managers and leaders. This includes being responsible for the administration of the College’s credentialling program – Certified Health Manager and Certified Health Executive. This position supports the College Education Committee and its subcommittees which includes providing organisation and support of the College Accreditation processes. You will also support and provide direction for other College education programs inline with the goals of the College and recommend and implement continuous improvement of these programs to ensure they are of the highest quality. A background in health workforce, administration of education and training or CPD programs for a professional association would be ideal for this role. Your attention to detail and administration skills are pivotal to success in this role, as well as your capacity to both work independently and be part of our small, dedicated team. Our offices are located in Top Ryde, Sydney. The successful applicant will be required to work in the College offices on 2 designated days per week and the remainder work from home is available. A broad understanding and experience in the health sector is desirable but significant experience in a similar role for other professional bodies may also be considered.
