Job Overview College Manager Branch: Geraldton Residential College. Division: Midwest Education Region. Salary: $105,167 - $114,938 per annum (pro‑rata) + 15% loading over 46 weeks (DOE (RCS) CSA 2024). Work Type: Permanent – Full Time. Location: Geraldton. Closing Date: 1 December 2025. About the Role As College Manager, you will ensure that college operations meet the needs of our students and are consistent with Department of Education policies, procedures and guidelines. You will be responsible for line‑management of the supervisory, administrative and ancillary staff, financial planning, budget preparation and overseeing college accounting procedures. In addition you will manage human resources in accordance with Department and Government requirements, including staff recruitment, performance management, duty of care, industrial negotiations and related duties. Responsibilities Lead the boarding community at Geraldton Residential College. Oversee day‑to‑day college operations and ensure compliance with relevant policies. Manage staff levels, recruitment, selection, performance, duties and restructuring. Develop and monitor the college budget, financial plans and accounting procedures. Ensure health, safety, welfare, code of conduct and disciplinary procedures are implemented. Provide leadership and support to promote a positive, inclusive community for students. Coordinate with external agencies, including First Aid, Driver licensing and child safety checks. Professional Benefits 12% employer‑contributed superannuation.
