This is a permanent full-time position commencing January 2026 The minimum starting remuneration for this position (salary plus loading) is $119,077 per annum increasing each year of successful service to $130,141. The Role As College Manager, you will ensure that college operations meet the needs of our students and are consistent with Department of Education policies, procedures and guidelines. You will be responsible for the line management of the supervisory, administration and ancillary staff of the college. In addition, you will be responsible for undertaking financial planning, budget preparation and overseeing college accounting procedures. You will also ensure that human resource management is in accordance with Department and Government requirements and the needs of students, including staff recruitment and selection; performance management; allocation of duties; restructuring; equal employment opportunity; occupational health, safety and welfare; termination; discipline; code of conduct; industrial negotiations; duty of care and conditions of work.
