About the role: As a Recruitment Consultant with Collarcare, you will manage your own 360 recruitment desk from end to end, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, business development, client meetings and post‑placement care. Not excited by BD? 180 recruitment roles available too You will cultivate and sustain strong client relationships and proactively identify and engage top‑tier talent, collaborating seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and clients. We currently have more contracts & PSAs in place than we can effectively service, so this is a genuinely warm desk opportunity The sky is the limit on your earning potential, all of our consultants are earning 6 figures, with our top performers earning in excess of $200,000 /year. About You: Experience across sales or customer service highly regarded Proven track record of not only reaching but exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment What sets us apart?
