About the role Lead, manage and develop a team of Community Development Site Managers across several locations Meet service delivery guidelines and reporting requirements to the National Indigenous Australians Agency and GM of Community Services Support and manage community-based RAES programs and finances Collaborate with participants and community for support strategies and timely responses About you Relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience Proven ability to manage a budget – experience with federal funded programs advantageous Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery Why Join ALPA?
