We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our growing Sales team at our Sydney location. Your purpose Identify, contact, and develop new and existing client accounts — with a strong focus on new business activities Plan and execute regular sales visits, calls, and campaigns to drive growth Provide accurate monthly reports and insights Build & maintain opportunity pipelines Support company-wide sales campaigns, tenders, and customer surveys Promptly work upon and register opportunities generated in CRM Document and distribute internally relevant customer information Contact customers and handle customer inquiries and customer problems Work collaboratively with sales colleagues and related functions to maximise sales potentials and help meet the total organisation’s business goals Handle complaints and trouble shooting Use Geodis Selling processes to understand customer needs, keep updated with new sailings/routings/solutions in the market to provide client solutions that bring value to their clients supply chains You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in a similar sales role (preferably in freight forwarding or supply chain) Confidence using all Microsoft tools & CRM to manage your pipeline and reporting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion, initiative, and drive to continuously develop and service clients with creativity and innovation We’ll provide Industry Leading Commission scheme Service Awards Lifestyle Discounts and Benefits Be a part of a reputable global organisation Professional development with long term career opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Plus much more At GEODIS, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential components of our success.
