We're on the lookout for a full-time Client Support Team Member to join our passionate admin crew at EmPower Better Health — an allied health clinic that's all about helping people move more and live better. Our Client Support Team are the glue that holds our clinics together — the first smile clients see, the voice that brings calm to a busy day, and the support that keeps our practitioners doing what they do best. We're ideally looking for someone to join us in early January 2026 — but if you're available sooner and think you are the superstar we need, we'd still love to hear from you About You (Skills and Experience) Communicates brilliantly — with clients, practitioners, and third parties. You're clear, warm, and confident whether it's in person, over the phone, or via email. Stays cool under pressure and can juggle competing priorities while keeping things running smoothly. Takes pride in the details , noticing what others might miss and making sure every interaction feels professional and personal. Thrives on teamwork and loves being part of a supportive, positive group that works hard and laughs often. Shows initiative and curiosity , always looking for ways to make things better. Shows up — you're reliable, dependable, and genuinely care about helping the team succeed. Experience in administration or healthcare is a bonus — but attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn are what matter most. About Us At EmPower Better Health , we're a passionate team of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and Client Support professionals working across three Canberra locations. Our Client Support Team is based at our Dickson and CISAC/Belconnen clinics, providing on-site support and coordinating the day‑to‑day administration for our other location in Gungahlin. We value great communication above all — between our team members, with our clients, and with the GPs, insurers, and referrers we collaborate with every day. About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of the day‑to‑day running of the clinic. Your responsibilities include: Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism. Managing bookings, follow‑ups, and schedules across multiple practitioners. Answering calls and emails in a caring, efficient, and professional manner. Processing payments, managing invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. Supporting practitioners with administrative tasks and communication. Helping keep our clinics organised, clean, and welcoming. Full training and ongoing support will be provided — we’ll make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
