Meracare Frankston and Carrum Downs are looking for passionate and experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our team working across AM, PM and ND shifts on a Part-Time basis. Our personal care staff are the people who we trust to provide the very best quality care to all of our residents every day. You will also be responsible for assisting the nursing staff by observing and reporting promptly any changes in the wellbeing of residents, as well as helping to maintain ADL's and daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, oral hygiene etc. What to Expect Providing quality support to residents with their activities of daily living Working collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrating team spirit Completing reporting and daily documentation, incident reports and review care plans Creating a positive environment with a resident‑focused mindset Interacting with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner Helping staff to work with our residents to achieve their goals Qualifications and Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care Current NDIS Workers Screening Check Evidence of COVID vaccinations (including booster) Evidence of current Influenza vaccination (2025) Current relevant qualification in aged care Prior to Hiring Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccinations (including booster) Evidence of current Influenza vaccination (2025) Current NDIS Worker Screening Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate Current relevant qualification in aged care Apply Now If this sounds like you, apply now or get in touch Be careful – Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
