Join to apply for the Business Development Lead - Nature IQ role at Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT) We’re launching a landmark collaboration with CSIRO’s NatureIQ platform – connecting micro‑scale biodiversity genomics with macro‑scale ecosystem and climate intelligence. Together, we’re creating an integrated “micro & macro” view of nature that unlocks new insights for sectors such as mining, forestry, agriculture, finance, and energy. We’re seeking a Business Development Lead to bring this vision to life. You’ll bridge science, technology, and business – shaping pilot projects, building long‑term partnerships, and helping turn groundbreaking research into commercial products with real‑world impact. What You’ll Do Build trusted relationships with government, industry, and research partners. Secure and manage clients and new projects to scale the Nature IQ platform. Represent the collaboration at national and global biodiversity and climate events. Lay the foundations for customer success, pricing, and go‑to‑market frameworks. Translate complex science into clear value propositions for key sectors. About you You’re commercially minded, scientifically curious, motivated by impact, and consequently driving new revenue growth. You have a knack for connecting dots from genomics to geospatial intelligence, from data to decisions. We would like to see the following: Experience in business development, preferably in sustainability, environment, or science‑driven industries. Proven ability to not only find and develop new leads that turn into profitable relationships but then maintain and grow these relationships. A genuine passion for biodiversity, climate, and the future of the planet. Your interpersonal skills We value the breadth and depth of experience that our people bring to their work.
