Responsibilities Stakeholder and consultant engagement Design management Procurement management Program management Contractor management Cost management Reporting Skills & Experience A strong understanding of the construction process at both the design and delivery ends of the spectrum; Experience in the management of institutional-type projects such as health (preferable), aged care, education and research, transport; Experience in the management of commercial projects such as commercial, residential, industrial, aviation and sports; A driven individual who can work autonomously with minimal supervision; Ability to build strong rapport with the project team; Proven ability to problem‑solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects; and Strong communication skills (formal & informal) with a solution focused attitude What to do next?
