We are on the hunt for an Assistant Manager to lead, host and pour with us at The Regent The Role As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a hands‑on leader who sets the tone on the floor, supports the team and ensures every guest has a memorable experience. You love being right in the thick of service, running a busy pub bistro or sports bar, overseeing a bustling gaming room and building genuine connections with locals. Creating strong community relationships comes naturally to you. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, back‑of‑house admin, banking, training, hiring, and rostering. You lead by example, keeping service smooth, standards high and the team energised. Experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Duty Manager in a fast‑paced, community‑focused pub will set you up to hit the ground running.
