About the Role Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential. You’ll manage: A large-scale site with 500+ homes to be built over the next 4+ years Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction Contractors, labourers, and plant operators Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion Site set-up, framing, and through to handover — depending on your skills Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive. What You’ll Need Trade qualification (carpentry preferred) QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential) Proven experience in production/volume residential construction Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills OH&S knowledge and commitment to safety Tech confidence (construction software) A valid driver’s licence Proactive, hands‑on approach — someone who leads from the front Why Join Living Gems?
