About the Role We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team on a part‑time basis to begin with to assist with product, BizOps, and supply chain management. Responsibilities Actioning admin across all platforms used by customers. Collaborating with internal/external teams and customers to assist with systems troubleshooting, and manage purchase orders, permits, and the receipt of goods. Managing product packaging designs and ensuring they are up‑to‑date. Assisting with product forecasting and performance analysis. Identifying opportunities to optimise operational processes and reduce costs. Assisting with ensuring all regulatory requirements relating to product and supply chain are compliant. Requirements Previous experience working in supply chain or operational roles. Proficiency in using MS Office, and G Suite. Experience with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is preferred. Experience with basic SQL and Python is preferred.l Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to adapt and learn quickly – this is a fast‑paced environment Ability to juggle various responsibilities and prioritise accordingly to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and proactively. A passion about making a difference in people's lives by bringing them alternative, more holistic medications. Work Hours Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm onsite. You must be located in Sydney. Office is based in the Sydney CBD next to Wynyard station.
