Mid-Market Account Executive, APAC At ClickUp, we’re building the future of work with a converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search. We’re looking for an ambitious, high‑energy Mid‑Market Account Executive who can deepen relationships with our existing customers, unlock more value from their partnership, and drive expansion in the 300‑1,000 employee segment. About you Intelligent – you are a consultative solution seller who leverages EQ, IQ, and curiosity to deliver a tailored sales experience. Character – a persuasive, self‑starter with high integrity and a genuinely positive attitude. Coachability – a great listener with a low ego and a strong sense of personal accountability. Experience – proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS solution sales. The Role: Drive growth within our existing customer base in the Mid‑Market segment. Focus on expansion, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities rather than net new business. Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption. Partner with customers to understand evolving business goals, timelines and success metrics, ensuring ClickUp continues to deliver value as needs change. Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, expansion signals, and new opportunities across teams and business units. Become a product expert, handling customer service and product‑related questions to support adoption and expansion. Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to stakeholders via web conferencing and in‑person meetings. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive account growth. Qualifications: Must live and have right to work in Australia and be located within commutable distance to Sydney. Sponsorship not offered. Proven experience managing existing customer relationships in SaaS, with a strong track record of upsell and cross‑sell. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Highly organized, process‑driven and detail‑oriented. Experience managing RFIs or RFQs. Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of sales. Desirable: Experience selling project management or productivity software. Familiarity with tools like Slack, Front, Salesforce and Outreach.
