Job Title and Details Corporate Analyst – 6‑Month Contract (Newcastle, NSW, Australia) Overview We are a forward‑thinking organization in Newcastle committed to innovation, sustainability, and community impact. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic transformation and operational excellence. Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and business performance analysis to support strategic planning. Identify trends and develop data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote continuous improvement. Develop performance reporting tools, support financial planning through scenario modelling, and advise stakeholders on project prioritisation aligned with long‑term goals. Support implementation of business improvement programmes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes within deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable. Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or design thinking is a plus. Proficiency in tools such as Promapp and Microsoft Power Platform.
