In light of our expanding business, we are eagerly searching for talented and qualified cooks to join our dynamic team. This presents a unique opportunity for passionate culinary professionals to become an integral part of a thriving and innovative culinary environment. We specialise in authentic Cantonese cuisine(粤菜), and are looking for individuals who can deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity. As a Cook, your duties include (but are not limited) to the following : Preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Cantonese dishes to a high standard Assisting in menu planning, including the creation of seasonal specials and signature dishes Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed Ensuring all food is prepared in line with food safety and hygiene standards Supervising kitchen helpers and assisting in training junior staff Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food storage areas Working closely with management to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations Work for our other BBQ restaurant, when and as required Qualifications and skills required for the role : Hold a Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Cook Excellent communication and leadership skills A solid foundation in cooking techniques, knife skills, and a good understanding of various cooking methods Strong business acumen Strong understanding of food safety programs Being able to think creatively and come up with new and exciting dishes or variations existing ones This position is for immediate start #J-18808-Ljbffr
