Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Electrical - Sydney Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency in Australia. Founded in February 2016 in Sydney, we have offices in the NSW Central Coast, Perth and Brisbane. We work in all states in Australia and have grown to a team of 26 internal staff. We ranked 7th in the ‘Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2018', and more recently 5th in the 'Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2020' We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our head office team in Sydney and help take our business to the next level This role is a full‑time position, responsible for 360 recruitment of Blue Collar Electrical contractors within Sydney's Electrical Construction Sector. Immediate roles are available, working alongside a high‑performing Blue‑Collar team and reporting to the Sydney Director with a significant network in the construction industry. This role would suit an ambitious, hands‑on recruiter who is excited about contributing to a growing team with exciting targets Key Duties and Responsibilities Build and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers and industry leaders across the electrical sector; Support professionals in advancing their careers within electrical trades and engineering; Proactively develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified electrical candidates; Position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner and consultant within the electrical industry. What you need Two years full‑time work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or A Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in a related field, and two years full‑time post‑qualification work; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Good IT skills; Valid driving licence.
