We are looking for a hands‑on WHS Advisor who enjoys being on site, building relationships, and making a real difference. What you'll be doing Attend pre‑start meetings on site and deliver toolbox talks. Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards. Review and approve new host pre‑qualification safety documents. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near‑misses in consultation with clients. Provide practical WHS advice to workers and supervisors. Build relationships with host employers and maintain strong safety standards. Contribute to ISO ***** & ISO **** discussions surrounding continuous improvement. Monitor and report on WHS performance, data, and trends. Provide WHS training and support. What we're looking for Cert IV (or higher) in Work Health & Safety (mandatory). White Card. Experience in construction, civil, mining, or industrial environments. Confident communicator who enjoys being out in the field. Practical, solutions‑focused mindset. Valid driver’s licence. Valid Australian working rights.
