Titus People is partnering with a leading supplier of heavy mining equipment to recruit an experienced WHS Advisor. Our client supports major mining operations and is recognised for its strong safety culture, technical capability, and collaborative approach with customers. The Opportunity This role offers exposure to a wide range of mining clients and operational activities. You will play a key role in improving safety performance across maintenance, rebuild and field service operations, supporting teams working with large-scale and high-risk equipment. Key Responsibilities Support safe maintenance, overhaul and rebuild activities within workshop environments. Conduct field-based safety inspections across customer mine sites. Review and strengthen risk assessments, JSEAs and task planning processes. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks and on-the-job guidance to technicians. Partner with operational leaders to improve reporting, hazard identification and incident prevention. About You You are a confident and practical safety professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams in high-risk environments. You will bring: WHS experience within mechanical, industrial or mining settings. A strong understanding of workshop and field service hazards. The ability to communicate effectively with tradespeople and technical leaders. Relevant WHS qualifications and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
