About the Position The role of Machine Operator & labourers within QPro contributes to the success and growth of the company by ensuring our machines run efficiently to achieve production KPIs including volume and quality. Reporting to the Production Manager at our Brendale facility, you will work within a great production team and directly contribute towards team targets, directly impacting the company’s goals. Working on an production line to achieve various production/line targets Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment About You To be successful in this role you will be a driven, focused individual with a high attention to detail and process. You will be positive, proactive, consistent and take ownership of your work. You will: Have the ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations and work with maintenance to develop solutions Have the ability to follow our safe work procedures as this role does involve heavy repetitive work Have great communication skills Be able to work under direction but have initiative when required Precast concrete experience is highly regarded but not required Forklift license would be highly regarded but is not necessary Be available to work a full time production roster. This is not a part time role.
