Their Estimating Team is expanding and this is the perfect opportunity an experienced Sales Estimator looking to take on a new challenge with a longstanding business and team. Duties Produce fixed price quotations and contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines and margins. Provide accurate estimates within the time lines provided. Pricing for new and existing products, and the updating of the Variation Price List. Prepare and maintain BOQ's for housing products. Obtain and interpret pre‑requisites for contract preparation. Skills & Experience 5+ years as a Sales Estimator for a residential builder Strong knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards High level of numeracy and computer usage skills Market high salary on offer, plus lucrative employee benefits Recently renovated and modern office space Walking distance to trains/buses Free on site parking Early Friday finishes - shorter hours on Fridays Childcare facilities in the building In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 13,000 people into meaningful employment.
