Someone who can turn plans into accurate prices, keep things competitive and help clients get into their dream homes. What You’ll Be Doing Checking plans and variations to create accurate quotes and cost proposals Working with sales and drafting teams to make sure pricing is sharp and fair Keeping up with market trends and competitor pricing Finding smart ways to save money without cutting quality Reviewing and updating our Base Price and Variation Price book What You Bring 3+ years as a Sales or Production Estimator in residential construction Proficiency in Databuild and advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of residential building processes and standards Ability to turn data into accurate cost estimates and budgets Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Why you’ll love working here A team that backs you, every step of the way Clear systems, strong leadership and ownership of your work Ongoing training and development A culture built on education, service and integrity Regular team events and a workplace that feels like home Want to Stand Out?
