Opportunity Source is an exciting, rapidly growing corporate business that offers Legal, HR, Compliance and Governance services across an Australia‑wide client base. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will be given the opportunity to work in a diverse, in‑house style role across sectors and clients of various sizes, with no billable hours. Responsibilities You will support our clients’ in‑house legal needs, provide commercial advice, draft and negotiate technology contracts, and collaborate closely with a high‑performing, cross‑functional team. Qualifications At least 5 years Post‑Admission Experience, practicing in commercial law (ideally with a focus on technology contracts). Experience in private practice and/or in‑house with a genuine interest in technology & IT law. A collaborative approach, looking to work in a fantastic team culture.
