We’re seeking a hands‑on OT Cyber Security Engineer to help shape and safeguard critical network and security platforms across enterprise and operational technology domains. About the role In this role, you’ll manage, enhance, and protect the organisation’s core security infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. You’ll work closely with technical teams, external SOC partners, and business stakeholders to strengthen resilience and ensure compliance with key frameworks and legislation. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain IT and OT security networks, infrastructure, and firewalls Act as the primary technical contact for SOC and incident escalations Monitor, analyse, and respond to cyber threats and vulnerabilities Review and validate technical security controls across new projects Contribute to continuous improvement of cyber standards, policies, and procedures Support compliance efforts under the AESCSF and SOCI Act frameworks What you’ll bring Experience supporting IT & OT security solutions in complex environments Expertise in firewall design, configuration, and management (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco etc.) Experience with Azure and M365 security controls Familiarity with AESCSF or SOCI Act frameworks (highly regarded) Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability A collaborative, problem‑solving approach and ability to thrive in cross‑functional teams Why apply?
