Availability Morning shifts 2–4 shifts per fortnight Shifts: 6:30 am – 10:00 am; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Responsibilities Provide support to clients experiencing mental health challenges, psychosocial disabilities and physical disabilities in Inala. Apply comprehensive knowledge of mental health issues and an understanding of clients' mental challenges to deliver high quality care. Manage escalated behaviours in a calm, safe and structured manner. Attend regular paid training sessions and continue professional development. Qualifications Relevant Certificate III (or equivalent) in disability or experience working with clinically complex clients. Prior experience supporting clients with psychosocial disabilities. Willingness to learn and develop further qualifications while working. Must Have Blue Card and NDIS Screening / Yellow Card First Aid and CPR Certificate Driver's Licence Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance Benefits & Salary Salary of $32–$44 per hour (dependent on experience & qualifications) plus penalty rates, super, and paid training.
