High Jewellery Boutique Manager

Our client is seeking a Boutique Manager for their High Jewellery boutique in Newmarket. The successful applicant will be a sales powerhouse, passionate about driving the performance of the boutique, their team, themself and will lead by example. You will have experience building and maintaining a client portfolio of HNWI and UNHWIs and managing and developing a team of direct reports to exceed all performance benchmarks and KPIs. You will also have experience in and a thorough understanding of true luxury with a proven track record of success in a same or similar environment. You will act as an ambassador of this prestigious and well recognised business. What we are looking for Extensive experience within Luxury Retail or high level customer service is essential Experience in a Managerial role within a similar environment is essential, experience as a Boutique or Store Manager is desirable Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills Strong communication skills both written and oral with an innate ability to influence Proven commitment to exceptional standards for customer service, sales and product knowledge Advanced networking and clienteling skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs On offer Generous salary of up to $110k base, plus a truly exceptional commission, plus Kiwisaver Opportunity to join an exceptional business in a period of growth and expansion Opportunities for growth and advancement within the group #J-18808-Ljbffr
