Perth Radiological Clinic – Osborne Park WA PRC have a full-time short-term contract opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join the team on an initial 3-month contract. You will be part of a collaborative team of 12 within a flexible working environment that provides ongoing support and career development opportunities across the organisation. What is the opportunity? As a key member of the finance team and reporting directly to the Accounts Supervisor, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and payment processes. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, your day-to‑day will include and not be limited to: Maintaining accuracy in data entry and correct documentation for each account. Inputting accurate information into the patient billing system. Receiving and processing payments in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and issue receipts where required. Ensure credit notes and refunds comply with policies and procedures. Efficiently dealing with patient enquiries and calls. What do you need to be considered? Ideally, you will have prior experience in an Accounts or Administration role or have similar experience within a healthcare environment dealing with patients on a regular basis. In addition to this, we are looking for: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines. Good communication and organizational skills that help build and maintain successful working relationships with peers and stakeholders. Ability to provide a National Police Check within 6 months or willing to obtain. Full working rights in Australia. Who is PRC?
