Senior Occupational Therapist

Amity Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Community Allied Health Service (CAHS) in Albany. About the Role In this role, you will provide advanced, specialist occupational therapy services to clients with diverse and complex needs, including NDIS participants and private clients across the Great Southern region. You will also hold discipline leadership responsibilities , mentoring and supervising early-career OTs and students, contributing to professional development and clinical excellence across the OT stream. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help shape service pathways, foster continuous quality improvement, and support clinicians to meet productivity and caseload requirements within a fee-for-service environment. This is a full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) based in Albany. With some regional travel as and when required. About You You are an experienced and value's based Occupational Therapist with: A Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration. Postgraduate qualifications or advanced practice experience (highly desirable). Significant experience delivering OT services within the NDIS framework, including functional assessments, assistive technology prescription, and report writing. Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload across community, home, and clinic settings. Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing early-career clinicians and students. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently, adapt to regional service delivery, and manage complex clinical presentations. A current National Police Clearance (within 6 months), Working with Children Check and WA Driver’s Licence.
