RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – VIETNAMESE & ENGLISH SPEAKING LONG THANH GROUP PTY. LTD. – Sydney CBD NSW We are hiring dedicated Recruitment Consultants specialising in the following sectors: Massage Therapy Recruitment Consultant Beauty Therapy Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist qualified overseas candidates (with a strong focus on Vietnam). Develop strong relationships with candidates, training providers, and employers. Conduct interviews in both Vietnamese and English. Prepare candidates for skills assessments, employer interviews, and visa processes. Coordinate with Australian employers to understand workforce needs. Travel to Vietnam regularly for recruitment campaigns, information sessions, and candidate assessments. Maintain accurate recruitment records and comply with relevant migration and employment regulations. Requirements Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken). Previous experience in recruitment or industry-specific hiring (preferred/essential). Strong understanding of overseas labour markets, particularly Vietnam. Ability to travel internationally as required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once. Knowledge of Australian visa pathways (Subclass 407, 482, 494, DAMA, Student pathways and PR) is an advantage. Be careful – Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
