Quality & Clinical Governance Coordinator This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Quality & Clinical Governance Coordinator to take on a key role within a respected and innovative aged care provider. The Role Reporting to the Group Governance & Risk Manager and working across the organisation’s eleven homes, you will focus on driving innovation, improving quality and clinical compliance. As the Quality Manager you will engage with a range of key internal stakeholders and provide coaching and mentoring to staff. You will ensure that quality outcomes are monitored, analysed and reported to the relevant stakeholders, and facilitate the use of technology‑associated programs that support the Governance & Risk Management framework while mitigating risk and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key Selection Criteria We are seeking an experienced aged care professional with a strong clinical background in quality management within a residential setting. You will also possess: AHPRA registration (EN/RN) High level of statistical analysis with relevant computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the Ages Care Quality Standards Excellent leadership and decision‑making skills Commitment to the holistic well‑being of the elderly Benefits You will be provided with a salary of $130,000 including travel allowance plus super and the opportunity to further refine and develop your career.
