About The Role We are currently seeking applications from experienced Health Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care team. Suitable candidates will hold a Certificate III/IV, Diploma or Bachelor certificate relevant to the position. As a Health Care Worker in our Residential Aged Care facility, you will provide high quality and safe personal care to our residents, utilising a consumer-focused approach you will ensure their needs are met with respect, dignity and positivity. A typical day may see you supporting residents with self-care and mobility tasks as well as monitoring health, diet and personal needs, in conjunction with the broader health care team. You will also have the following; Certificate III in Individual Support/ Aged Care or equivalent A clear and strong commitment to the providing quality care to our Consumers/Residents Strong communication and consumer service skills Well developed interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve Able to comprehend and follow written instructions and procedures Motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment and independently Current Drivers Licence Interested?
