This is an exciting opportunity to join our small and very experienced team as a Broker Support. In this full‑time office‑based role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their sales targets. Ideally you will have a few years experience in a similar role and be keen to develop your skills in particular learn about commercial lending and other complex transactions including bank, non‑bank and private credit. This role offers career progression for the right candidate as they will have the opportunity to transition into Broking initially as a mentored Trainee Broker and eventually as a fully accredited Broker/Senior Broker. Broker roles will be paid base plus commission/brokerage. What you'll be doing Providing administrative and operational support to the team including processing loan applications, managing client documentation, and liaising with lenders Assisting with customer enquiries and guiding them through the loan application process Maintaining accurate records and data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system Collaborating with the broader sales and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with industry changes and company policies What we're looking for Previous experience in Banking or in a similar role within the mortgage broking industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with brokers and customers Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications A keen interest in the mortgage and finance industry, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service What we offer Competitive salary Comprehensive training and development opportunities About us Fenero is a leading provider of bespoke finance solutions to C‑suite executives and self‑employed.
