About the role We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a fast-paced, rewarding role at the heart of an organisation transforming for the future of aged care. You will be the cornerstone of executive operations; the go-to person who keeps things running seamlessly. Provide high-level executive and administrative support across the CEO and ELT. Manage complex diaries, board and committee schedules, travel and confidential correspondence. Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and follow up actions. Support corporate governance activities and executive reporting. Anticipate needs, solve problems before they surface and ensure our leaders are always one step ahead. Key Role Requirements You are proactive, digitally savvy and thrive in environments where no two days are the same. You bring: Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced setting. Exceptional organisational and communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools (Teams, SharePoint, BoardEffect or similar). A natural ability to prioritise, juggle multiple projects and maintain absolute confidentiality. A solutions mindset, initiative to act without being asked and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Permanent working rights within Australia. National Police Clearance.
