Business & Operations Coordinator

Rize Therapy is a growing allied health provider committed to delivering high-quality therapy services and exceptional client experiences. We are currently seeking an organised and motivated Business & Operations Coordinator to join our Werribee office and play a key role in coordinating our daily operations. About the Role This is a hands-on and varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting the operations team across scheduling, invoicing and client communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key Responsibilities Invoicing and billing support Managing incoming and outgoing calls Making administrative sales and follow-up calls Client booking and appointment coordination General office administration and data entry Supporting clinicians with scheduling and operational needs Liaising with clients, referrers, and internal staff About You Previous experience in administration, coordination or operations (healthcare preferred but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills A confident and professional phone manner Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office / office systems A proactive and problem-solving mindset Positive attitude and reliability What We Offer Salary of $65,000 + superannuation Stable, full-time office-based role Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organisation Training and development opportunities How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you would be a great fit for Rize Therapy.
