In this newly created role as a Head of Revenue Strategy, you'll have the opportunity to drive our studio's commercial success with a fresh perspective. You will take charge and own high-impact revenue projects like optimising our studio tokens, leveraging DAO structures, enhancing VIP programs and more.With two live games and four partner games, you'll play a key role in executing strategic revenue initiatives and shaping our studio's financial future. As the financial liaison, you'll also report on the P&L and performance of our games, ensuring transparency and accountability across the board.You’ll Be Empowered To :
Collaborate with Data Scientists to utilise analytics and quantitative analysis for monitoring and reporting game performanceAnalyse reports to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses across our game portfolio, track KPI trends, and offer insights to game teams for improvementContribute ideas for new features aimed at boosting user conversion, retention, and monetisationLead the development and promotion of revenue-generating opportunities at the studio levelPartner with finance to create forecasts and explore commercial scenariosCollaborate and work closely with the monetisation team, executive producers, and senior leadership team to tackle business performance challenges across the StudioWe'd Love You To Bring :
Experience in a top-tier financial services, legal or management consultant firm OR experience in a BizOps role at a successful Video Game CompanyProven success in creating and executing high-level commercial strategiesRobust data analysis and reporting abilities to extract insights and narrate findingsExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of seniority and partnersExperience in managing and advising on P&LsAn empathetic understanding towards gamersWe are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.
