Role: I'm currently working with a leading Salesforce Consulting Partner on a major Higher Education transformation. The project is already in-flight and forms part of a broader program of work, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role. They're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect - someone who can take ownership, drive design outcomes, and confidently lead both internal teams and client stakeholders to define and document the solution. If you thrive in complex environments and enjoy translating business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions this would be an ideal fit What You'll Be Doing Lead design sessions and guide a team of talented Salesforce designers. Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to shape and define the Salesforce solution. Document architecture decisions and ensure alignment with best practices. Oversee solution delivery and provide hands‑on technical direction. You will have : 4+ years Salesforce Solution architect experience with proven enterprise experience delivering engagements in : Salesforce Sales Cloud - Lead & Opportunity Management Salesforce Service Cloud - Case Management, OmniChannel Salesforce Experience Cloud - including OmniStudio Service Cloud Voice Einstein Bots Highly advantageous : Salesforce Education Cloud or previous engagements within the Higher Education space Application or System Architect certified Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact solutions. Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and testing frameworks within Salesforce environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
