Front Office Attendant (Casual or Part-Time) A core division of Geocon, Iconic Hotels by Geocon specialises in hotel operations, management, training and strategy, as well as food and beverage outlet management and operations. We are currently recruiting for a CASUAL/PART‑TIME Reception team member at Abode Malua Bay . Skills Required Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel Front Office operation, with exposure to both front desk and reservations procedures are desired, but not necessary Previous Leadership or similar experience is highly desired Excellent customer relations, Accounting/Math Skills, problem solving, decision making and time management skills Ability to demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Willingness to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines and varying guest situations High standard of personal presentation Previous experience using a Property Management System, preferably Opera is desirable A current full Australian drivers’ license is also highly desirable but not essential The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
