Assistant Manager – Food, Beverage & Gaming Operations Parras Hospitality Group is one of Sydney’s leading hospitality groups. We are committed to supporting and growing the skills of our staff to help develop their careers, along with ensuring that our workplace is one where the entire team feels valued, respected, and most importantly has fun About the Hotel Our largest venue Ambarvale Hotel in South West Sydney boasts a high volume VIP Gaming Room along with other facilities including but not limited to a large Food & Beverage Operation, Live Music, TAB/Keno, Micro Brewery and multiple Function Spaces. Completely renovated and refurbished recently with a spectacular design, we are becoming the go to venue in the area for all ages and demographics. Day to Day You will be responsible for operating the venue whilst on shift, as well as assisting the GM and Head Office team in making the venue a better place to work, visit and enjoy. Our ideal candidate will be efficient and effective at leading and co‑ordinating all patrons and staff members within the venue and ensuring our guest experience is second to none. We expect you to be confident in both FOH and BOH management and procedures as well as having the ability to ensure compliance remains a priority at all times. A background in a busy Pub environment would be well regarded. While we do our best to accommodate a rotating roster please note weekend and night availability is a must. We are open to hiring a candidate in either a fulltime or casual position. Qualifications 1+yrs Hospitality Management experience in a similar sized Hotel/Pub. The ability to lead, train and develop a team. High level knowledge of Gaming, Food and Beverage. An absolute passion for good hospitality and service.
