Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across Head Office functions. Assist with accounts payable and data entry. Coordinate flight and accommodation bookings. Maintain office supplies and oversee facility maintenance . Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers. Support events, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Certificate or diploma in Business Administration (preferred but not essential). Previous experience (2–4 years) in administration or office support. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Competent in Microsoft Office. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
