Ownership & Leadership : Take responsibility for the end-to-end management of contracts, from tender through to closeout, while working closely with senior leadership and project teams. Key Responsibilities : Oversee all contract management activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts and subcontracts. Provide strategic advice on commercial issues, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes. Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution, ensuring all commercial and contractual obligations are met. Lead the procurement process, ensuring the effective management of suppliers and contractors. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and commercial frameworks. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, tracking progress against commercial objectives. About You : 12+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within the infrastructure or construction sectors. Strong expertise in contract negotiation, claims management, and commercial strategy. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels. Proven track record of managing complex, high-value contracts from start to finish. Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, or a related field.
