Sales Administrator

Jobwire are looking for a switched‑on Sales Administrator to support our busy sales and production team. What you’ll be doing: Handle customer orders, emails and phone enquiries - busy switchboard Process invoices, purchase orders and delivery schedules Work closely with production and warehouse to confirm stock and dispatch times Keep CRM and sales reports up to date Support the sales team with quotes, pricing sheets and customer follow‑ups Build strong relationships with wholesale customers General admin to keep the office running smoothly What we’re looking for: Solid admin experience (sales, logistics or wholesale ideal) Confident with MS Office and basic data entry Excellent communication and organisation Able to juggle priorities in a fast‑moving environment Friendly, reliable and customer‑focused attitude Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is a bonus 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday Why you’ll love it here: Family‑run business with a great team culture Delicious products and passionate customers Work with a brand loved across the hospitality industry If you’re keen to join a growing manufacturer and enjoy a mix of customer service, sales support and admin — we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
