SENIOR MANAGER, PARTNERSHIPS & MARKETING SHE-com – Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia Full‑Time | Remote (Australia‑based preferred) About the Role Once a partnership deal is secured, you step in to bring it to life. The Partnership Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering on every promise made in our partner proposals. This includes onboarding partners, coordinating sponsorship deliverables such as podcast ads, social content, masterclasses, EDMs, events and more, and ensuring all activity is completed on time, within scope and with a high‑end client experience. This is a dynamic role for someone who is ultra‑organised, people‑oriented and passionate about marketing coordination and delivery. Key Responsibilities Onboard new partners and set expectations with a clear plan and timeline of deliverables Be the main point of contact for partners throughout their campaign, ensuring proactive and transparent communication Manage the calendar of partnership activations across podcast, events, social, email, education and content Work cross‑functionally with SHE‑com team leads and contractors to ensure all deliverables are executed to brand standard Track campaign performance and compile wrap‑up reports that reinforce value and open doors for renewal Create and maintain systems for campaign workflow and communications to improve efficiency and partner experience Identify new creative opportunities or add‑ons based on partner goals and engagement You’ll Love This Role If You Have 3+ years in partnership marketing, client services or campaign management Are a proactive problem solver and project manager who thrives on clarity, deadlines and keeping the wheels turning Are highly organised, great with timelines and love working across multiple touchpoints at once Have experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns and understand the language of digital, events and content marketing Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can represent the SHE‑com brand with warmth and professionalism Are deeply motivated by creating win‑win relationships and driving results through value‑led execution How to Apply Send us your CV, and instead of a cover letter, pop over a short video (2 minutes max) introducing yourself and telling us why you’re perfect for this role.
