The Role As a Full‑Time Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for the high‑end maintenance and development of our clients' lawns and gardens. This is a hands‑on role for a dedicated professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Expert turf management, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and top‑dressing. Diagnosis and treatment of pests, weeds, and diseases. Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. Proactive lawn renovation and repair. General garden and grounds maintenance. Operation and maintenance of a range of professional‑grade equipment. Providing expert advice and solutions to clients. What We're Looking For A fully qualified Greenkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience. A strong passion for horticulture and an eye for detail. A current and valid Chemical Application Certificate. A valid Australian Driver's Licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills.A self‑motivated and reliable team player. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000 per annum + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications. A supportive and positive work environment.
