As the Business Effectiveness Specialist – Workers Compensation, you’ll interpret regulatory and organisational frameworks to support services and initiatives that improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement. Acting as a key link between the delivery & performance operations team and the broader IIA and Workers Compensation business, you’ll help prioritise and deliver initiatives that matter. From performance monitoring and customer insights to process optimisation and tech-enabled solutions, you’ll make recommendations and turn them into action. This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia. What You’ll Do Support strategic underwriting initiatives and deliver projects that enable process and technology improvements Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance and customer outcomes Coordinate and prioritise initiatives across Workers Compensation Design and implement reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau to drive insights and trends Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and change management activities Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business projects and capability uplift What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience in underwriting (within Workers Compensation product highly desirable) and strong commercial understanding Background in business analysis and project delivery, ideally across tech-enabled initiatives Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly using reporting tools Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders Familiarity with Tableau, macros, and VBA is highly regarded What We Offer Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard. 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).
