Tamara Hall Properties – Manly / Brisbane Bayside We're looking for a driven, fast-thinking Buyer Concierge / Buyer Manager to join Tamara Hall Properties — one of Brisbane's most energetic and design-led real estate brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and wants to grow their career in real estate. This is a pivotal position in our business. You'll be the engine that drives buyer momentum, creates inspection flow, nurtures buyer agents, and generates off-market opportunities. The Role Your core responsibilities will include : Managing all buyer enquiries with speed and professionalism Qualifying buyers and understanding their motivation, timeframe, and budget Booking private inspections and supporting weekend open homes Nurturing relationships with buyer agents and updating them on opportunities Generating off-market sales by matching active buyers to suitable properties Maintaining a clean, accurate CRM with daily updates Providing buyer feedback to the principal Coordinating second inspections, building and pest access, and pre-settlement walkthroughs Supporting the team by keeping buyer activity organised and moving (Optional) Capturing simple behind-the-scenes content during opens or inspections You’ll Succeed Here If You Are A quick mover who enjoys a fast-paced environment Confident and clear on the phone Naturally good with people and emotionally intelligent Strong with details, systems, and follow-through Motivated to build a long-term career in real‑estate Calm under pressure and solution-focused Reliable and able to work Saturdays Prior real estate experience is beneficial but not essential, attitude matters more.
