About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be located in our Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre in Stuart Park. You will work within a passionate team and be responsible for supporting service delivery programs and activities and positive relationships to ensure more veterans and their families can access services to meet their individual needs. This is a full time, permanent position.
Key accountabilities of the roleActively engage with our veterans and their families to ensure they receive high levels of supportive engagement when accessing our services.Design and implement social and community connection activities as part of our holistic approach to positive health outcomes. This will include local and outreach activities such as walking or cycling groups, coffee groups, arts and craft programs etc.Ensure that social connection activities are actively promoted through various channels to our veterans and their families to encourage maximum participation.Represent Mates4Mates at external events to promote awareness of our holistic approach to veteran and family support and recovery.Essential for successHistory of training and/or service in the
