Role Description This opportunity is for our next key hire in our NSW property law team. Our co‑founders, Michael Lazar (ex‑Dentons and NAB) and AJ Sridaran (ex‑Macquarie Bank and Dentons) have spent the last 18 months establishing the firm and are now looking to bring on a highly motivated senior conveyancer to support the sustained growth of the firm. Directly reporting to Michael and AJ, you will develop a desirable and substantive skillset in a thriving and growing firm, where hard work and excellence are rewarded. Key responsibilities Leading NSW conveyancing files from end to end in accordance with our processes and systems Managing your workflow and calendar to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner Liaising with clients, external solicitors and conveyancers, banks, finance brokers, government agencies and others to ensure the conveyancing process runs smoothly Completing settlement using the PEXA platform Ensuring ongoing file management, accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping Keeping clients informed of developments and maintaining great communication throughout the process Team/Office Support as required – includes assisting with team files, answering phones and interacting with walk‑in clients in reception What we're looking for Prefer full‑time however we will consider a part‑time/flexible hours for the right candidate Must have 12+ months’ experience of handling NSW sale and purchase files from end to end Have a strong understanding of conveyancing practices and processes Have confidence in your ability to manage conveyancing files from start to finish Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficient in Leap and PEXA A proactive and solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving Exceptional time management and organisational skills Enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a close‑nit supportive environment Note that this role does not require you to be a licensed conveyancer Company Description Hindsight Legal Advisers is an independent law firm founded by experienced banking & property lawyers, Michael Lazar and AJ Sridaran.
